I recently down loaded explore 8 onto my laptop.But when i open the browser i get a box appear in the middle of the screen that says preparig to install. then a bigger box shows up and it says ''' the feature you are trying to use is on anetwork resauce that is unavailable. click ok to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the instalation package. powerpoint.msp in the box below. but if i click cancell 3 time i get my home page up and it works anyway.. but why do i get these boxes with these instuctions in the first place..please help. thanks..
